Terms
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Micro Projects you agree to these terms and to the Disclaimer. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time (see section 7).
2. Open Source Software
The tools and firmware referenced here are open source and free to use. Each project keeps its own license — check the license in each repository before you reuse, redistribute or modify its code. Micro Projects itself is a directory and guide; it doesn't grant you rights over anyone else's project.
3. Lawful Use
You agree to use anything you find here only for lawful, authorized purposes — on hardware and networks you own or have explicit permission to test. You are solely responsible for making sure your use complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including radio-transmission and computer-misuse rules.
4. No Warranty
The site and everything linked from it are provided “as is”, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability. I can't guarantee any download, guide or link will work or be safe for your setup.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any damages, losses or costs arising from your use of this site or anything you build or run because of it — including damaged hardware, data loss or legal consequences. You use it entirely at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Links
Micro Projects links to third-party firmware, shops, repositories and resources that I don't own or control. I'm not responsible for their content, safety or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. When you follow an external link, that site's own terms apply.
7. Changes
I may update these terms as the site evolves. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. See also the Privacy page.
