Cheap Yellow Display

A low-cost ESP32 with a built-in 2.8″ TFT and touch (the Sunton ESP32-2432S028) — the go-to for HaleHound and any screened build without soldering a display.

A third-party board by Sunton — source it wherever you like; these are just known-good notes, not affiliate links.

How you use it

Flash a screened build (HaleHound and others), and you get a self-contained handheld with a UI on the glass. Drive or re-flash it from Cyber Controller. It’s a plain ESP32 under the display, so the classic-ESP32 flashing rules apply.

See the flashing gotchas → (auto-detect the chip, CH340 driver, data-carrying USB cable).
